Support for the Trainer
*Available to All Memberships.
Support for the trainer will be provided in a number of ways.
1. Email to a dedicated email address for trainers only. All Premium Membership trainer requests receive high priority queuing in the support line and will usually receive replies within 12 hours.
2. Dedicated support messaging and ticket system.
3. Live OnLine Help. During most normal business hours, this support offering will be operating live. As the site grows, hours of live operation will be extended as necessary. *This offering is available to all viewers of the site so your clients get the same benefit.
There will be more support offerings as the need and / or suggestions arise.
