| I have been a a trainer & fitness instructor for twenty years. I have a masters in community psychology along with a certificate in community health education. My specialty is interval type training with groups,as well as individuals training for fitness shows, marathons and triatholons. i have many years of experience and interest with high school and college sports specific conditioning as well.
MY PHILOSOPHY "GO BIG OR GO HOME" & "WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE ?" I ask the client to visulaize (put a picure to) their fitness goals; and to positivley affirm thier goals daily. Give whatever you are training for 110%. When done consistently there is no doubt anything you attempt can be achieved!
