My name is Tim Card, and I live, work and play in beautiful Lancaster County, PA. I love riding my bike all over the eastern part of the county (usually at 5:30 AM), lifting weights and swimming. I help coach my son's baseball team and play Barbie's with my young daughters. My wife and I have been married for 10 years, and we have been changing diapers for most of that time.

I am not your typical trainer. I am an ACSM certified personal trainer, so you can rest assured that I have the knowledge and skills to help you reach your goals. I also have a dual BA in Theology and Philosophy, a beautiful wife and 5 incredible children. I am not the musclehead you see in the gym. I am a guy who has let his weight get out of control, got on top of it only to watch it balloon again, to finally putting all the pieces together and working hard to stay in shape. I know what it is like to have a job and kids and responsibilities and any number of reasons to not take care of yourself. But I have overcome the obstacles and stopped listening to the excuses. So can you, and I can help.
