important to us, ATrainerOnTheRoad.com operates by these principles:
(1) We collect and process "personal data" in providing ATrainerOnTheRoad services. In particular, we
use your Personal Information to better understand your requirements of your
membership (for subscribed members) to ATrainerOnTheRoad, and we may
occasionally inform you of new features, services and products from
ATrainerOnTheRoad unless you opt-out of such notices. You can control the use of
your data using "account settings"
(2) You MUST be 18 years old or over to join and use the ATrainerOnTheRoad
website memberships. Casual browsers have no such requirement.
(3) Any "sensitive personal data" - as defined in legislation- will
only be processed with your explicit consent - for example, racial or ethnic

(5) The ATrainerOnTheRoad has an obligation to ensure all data processed are
correct and current, so we may ask that you review and update your personal

Other members may contact you via the ATrainerOnTheRoad forums, the private
messaging system, via export contact tools, via mass mailing newsletter tools or
directly to your e-mail addresses if visible on some profiles. You can choose to
stop receiving messages at anytime. All the personal information you enter onto
the ATrainerOnTheRoad site and choose to be displayed, will be viewable by any
other member, by ATrainerOnTheRoad members who may export and save this data, or
any casual visitor to the site, including search engines that index the pages of
the ATrainerOnTheRoad website. We cannot accept responsibility or liability for
any processing conducted outside the remit of our services.
(7) During your ATrainerOnTheRoad membership registration process, or at any
time thereafter, you can control what is visible via the account settings when
logged in to the site and by choosing not to provide this information where this
information is optional.
(8) ATrainerOnTheRoad uses cookies or other similar software to collect data
about users to track their movements around its website and in order to assist
those users to automatically and effortlessly log in on subsequent visits to its
site.
(9) Subscribers are not able to see who specifically within the site has looked
at their profile page but they will receive generalized information like
geographic location, items browsed, time of day, etc..
PERSONAL AND NONCOMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION
ATrainerOnTheRoad is for your personal and possible commercial use. You may
not copy, replicate, modify, distribute, display, perform, create derivative
works from, transfer or sell any information, software, products or services
obtained from ATrainerOnTheRoad.com whether printed, visual, audio, radio,
electronic, email forwarding, TV, satellite, digital transmission, scanned,
website re-cycled or any other form of material except where expressly noted
that the material is available for such purpose.
NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE
As a condition of your use of this Web site, you warrant to The ATrainerOnTheRoad
that you will not use this Web site for any purpose that is unlawful or
prohibited by these Terms of Use.
RESPONSIBILITY AND MISUSE
(1) You agree that you will solely be responsible for your use of the ATrainerOnTheRoad
Invitation System services provided to you and that you will use the service
legally and only for the purposes that it is intended to be used for. You will
also be responsible for ensuring that you ensure that you have a right to use
your contacts and that you will not, for example, be in breach of any employment
contract nor breach any third party prohibited activity or misuse policies. Note
ATrainerOnTheRoad store each email address to connect people to their respective
Networks when the invitee joins ATrainerOnTheRoad, responsibility for each email
address lies with the member sending the invitations, the member may block
emails within their Invitation System address lists to prevent further invites
being sent (the email address will stay in the system to ensure it can not be
used in another invitation by another member) or request they be removed
completely by emailing webmaster@ATrainerOnTheRoad.com.
(2) Furthermore you agree that you will not misuse the services supplied and
that you will abide by any laws applicable to this agreement or the operation of
it. In particular we refer to the use of; material or content we deem to be
harmful, illegal or offensive; any infringement of intellectual rights and
copyright or data protection; using the services for illegal purposes such as
fraud or in any other crime. However, misuse will also include:-
- a) Distribution of viruses, worms or any other potentially destructive or otherwise malicious code.
- b) Breach of any copyright, intellectual property or the rights of any third party, whatsoever in nature, and is not contrary to any law
- c) Allowing the automated addition of links or content to your account by third parties on an un-moderated 'free for all' (FFA) basis.
- d) Pirated software
- e) Hacker programs
- f) SPAM or UCE (unsolicited commercial email)
- g) Unsecured mail scripts
(3) You specifically confirm that you will immediately report to us, but also to
use reasonable efforts to immediately stop any unauthorized use or misuse.
(4) Failure to properly use or any breach or misuse whatsoever will result in
membership being withdrawn and that former member will not have access to the ATrainerOnTheRoad
services at all. ATrainerOnTheRoad also reserve the right to take other
appropriate action.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
ATrainerOnTheRoad offers no warranty or guarantee whatsoever for the use of ATrainerOnTheRoad
Invitation System or the services generally are at the users own risk. ATrainerOnTheRoad
will not be held responsible for any loss whatsoever, including incidental or
consequential loss, arising out of ATrainerOnTheRoad Invitation System, (as a
whole or in part), its' installation, use or in any way at all including errors,
mistakes, accident, theft or fraud, destruction.
If you do not accept these terms and conditions do not use the ATrainerOnTheRoad
System.
